FINAL LOGOMARK

The Sequential Art Gallery rebrand was a group project I was part of, my job was to create the main logo for the gallery. The mark is an “S” created by two bending pencils, surrounded by a talking bubble. These elements are inspired since the gallery features comic art and illustrative art primarily. This was one of my favorite creations in my college career, it seems this logo was just waiting to be made.

STATIONARY

I created stationary for the gallery, using the logomark and Futura wordmark. Simplicity was key here, functionality was the main goal here, not flair. 

PROCESS SKETCHES

Through the sketching phase, the basis of my ideas was very close to the final logo. The varying detail of the pencils was taken away since it would get muddy if the logomark was downsized.
